Hardly/Scarcely... when	Hardly had I sat when the bell rang.	Scarcely had we started when it stopped.
So/Such... that (強調)	So difficult was the exam that few passed.	Such was his anger that he left.
Nor/Neither (接上句否定)	He didn't come. Nor did his brother.	I can't swim. Neither can she.

He likes coffee. So do I.

She will go. So will I.

He doesn't like tea. Neither do I.

She won't go. Nor will I.
